Overall this hotel was really great...location was...
Overall this hotel was really great...location was good, close to markets, restaurants, and not too far from Angkor. The bathroom was a little questionable (mold in shower and bathtub), but overall we were very happy with this place.

We had make reservations for 3 rooms at this hotel.
Shocking discovery to the room upon checking in:-
1. Toilet bowl choked with motion
2. Ants/Lizards/insects were in the rooms
3. Air-cond was faulty
4. Room was stuffy
5. Bath-tub and sink water flow is stuck all the time
We have been wondering how house-keeping and cleaning are done by the men?
In one of the given room, we had to change room twice, the first given room, the air cond was faulty, then the second room given was even worse - toilet bowl choked with motion and this is supposed to be a clean room. I will definitely not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel and this is an honest feedback.

I was disappointed with my stay at...
I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Whilst the hotel is quite close to town, the service provided by the front desk staff was not as expected. They were very grumpy and unsmiling which was not an appropriate image for a hot front desk. Eventhough I had confirmed charges for the use of their van for the day, some of the prices went up without informing the customer of this when confirming the details. I couldn't access my email to prove the prices that were quoted to me as i would be charged additional costs for using the internet in the hotel.
The bathroom was not clean and had brown stains indicating the rooms were not cleaned regularly. Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel.
I don't think I would stay at...
I don't think I would stay at this particular hotel again. The driver they had pick me up, was not up front about extra fees to other attractions. They will pick you up from the airport for free, but charge $7usd to take you back. There was no shower curtain and not enough hot water to fill the tub. The water that comes from the tap is not drinkable and the hotel supplies 2 small water bottles. Internet in the lobby was 2 bucks for an hour. I felt like they weren't really interested in helping, or providing a service. Just getting my money and sending me on my way.

We stayed 4 nights at The Radius International and had a huge room with a large balcony overlooking the pool area. The fabulous room was really well equipped with a safe, coffee making and free water each day. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of local and western foods and fresh fruit. The hotel is on the main road and you can walk to all the market areas and restaurants. Night markets offer a great array of street food stalls, all of which sell just about the same menu really cheaply. Lucky Mall is next door- you can buy any supplies that you need there and pay local prices. It's also cheaper than duty free for all your bottled needs. ATMs dispense US dollars only. We met a really reliable cabbie at the airport- Charlie Chan. He was really great to travel with and we chose to use his services for all of our tours. A restaurant directly across the road has an all you can eat buffet and traditional dance show for $12- excellent value. We would recommend this hotel as an excellent place to stay in this engaging region. The hotel delivered well above expectations. Don't forget to arrange the price for a cab or tuk-tuk ride before you hop in!

Service veli good. Clean and spacious room. Strategic location beside the hotel got a big new shopping mall and opposite the hotel we had our buffet dinner plus the aspara dance.The restaurant name koulen.

Was there for 3 nights. Had to change room cause aircon was not working properly. Staff was helpful in helping me to check the problem and to get me another room. Got the room where the window was facing the construction of a hotel next door, nothing noisy, anyway not a problem cause i'm outside sightseeing all the time. Very happy cause food was halal( i'm a muslim ). Buffet breakfast was good, don't know why a lot of people complaint about it though. Overall experiance was ok, staff were friendly, location is very good, can just walk around town, internet cafe just beside hotel. Only problem is the pool, wanted to swim but saw that the water was a bit dirty, green in colour. Told the staff and they clean it straight away. But had to wait for 2 days for the water to clear, and the lights in the pool was not working, so was swimming in the dark at night. What the heck, i just paid SGD50 a night, what do you expect....

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room amenities were acceptably sufficient, a great place to rest especially during Cambodia's hot summer. I like the swimming pool, breakfast was great too. Some suggestions for improvement:
1. There should be additional luggage stool in the family suite, ie, 1 for each room.
2. Cleanliness can be improved. We noticed there was 1 soiled towel wedged behind the bathtub and was not cleared from the day since we checked in.
3. Bathtub was quite high and is therefore not very friendly for people who are short or handicapped.
3. We observed the toilet flushing system was not working properly since we checked in, it was finally choked on the 3rd day of our stay. The staff was very prompt in making it worked again, which is commendable.

We had a room at the front, one of the very few with balcony looking over the street, so that was ok. But because an enormous shopping centre has been build right next to it, all the rooms there are looking against a blind wall. So ask specificly for a room not at the shopping centre side!
