Hotel was very fine, and all rooms have the same view, to the pool.
Food was ok, facilities were clean, and the personnal was nice and smiley.

upon arrivals shown to our room described at booking as having direct pool access
taken to first floor told it was a deluxe room had no pool access and twin single beds. Asked to be given room as per quote told non available. Management not happy when firmly again requested correct room. after some time and us telling them we will go elsewhere moved to a ground floor
pool access room. We booked this hotel especially because my wife has extreme difficulty with stairs. would stay again if given correct room as per paid for. everything else was brilliant.

Beautiful setting , tropical oasis with pool. Rooms well appointed. Quiet. Reasonably close to night markets $1 in tuk-tuk

We were very pleased with most aspects of our 4-day stay in this hotel. The breakfasts were excellent and the meal service very good.

excellent place to stay!I met with some trouble on the very first day and the hotel went all out to assure me that i can still enjoy my stay for the next two days. The security and service provided is not something i expected from a humble hotel like this. They can easily beat any 5 star hotel!
Ladies who travel alone to siem reap, this is the best place to stay and still have adventure.

I recommend the Day Inn and Tara Angkor resort hotel.
First of all because there are both central Siem Reap and offers you a lot of facilities.
Both are different style, the first one, Day Inn is more traditional, in a refined colonial style.
I appreciate the charm and its location in the old French area. The swimming pool is very nice!
The second one is a new one, less more than 2 years.
However, it has a lovely Asian decoration too.
I would say both got a very nice stuff , very polite and at your service.
Besides, both got good bathrooms, nice taste for the decoration, (Asian refined style)and offers some facilities.
The plus in Tara Angkor is the free use of internet and his meals are more affordable than Day Inn (like 4-5 US dollars a plate of fried chicken and rice with a seasoning on the top).
For a reasonable price, you can get a good room in a nice location either with Day Inn or Tara Angkor hotel.
Without any hesitation, I recommend those two hostels, with a little preference for the Day Inn.
