I found this hotel at the recommendation...
I found this hotel at the recommendation of my brother who had stayed there a few weeks before I went out. It is perfect, well laid out, not overrun by tourist groups (it is probably too small for that) and I would definately stay there again if I returned to Siem Reap. It is a short walk into the centre of town from the hotel which means you don't get stuck in the hotel in the evening should you still have energy and desire to explore after crawling all over the temples all day. Service is excellent throughout the hotel.
The restaurant is expensively priced (maybe all hotels are like this, I don't know) especially when compared to what you can get by going to any restaurant. However, if the breakfasts are anything to go by, the quality of the food is excellent. So if you don't mind eating western food and paying western prices when there, then there should be little reason for complaint.
