Overall our stay at Thunborey was plesant. We stayed for six nights and found the room reasonably comfortable. However not all facilities that were advertised existed. We were quite disappointed the restaurant, which was advertised on the internet and in their pamphlet, as well as a menu in our rooms, was only open for breakfast. There was no complimentary tea and coffee as advertised and they were unable to provide this even when requested.There was nothing provided in the mini bar and when we went to check out we left a bit of stuff we had purchased ourselves and they tried to charge us for the mini bar.The location was quite handy to the old market which was good and they arranged things for us such as trip to the floating villages, tuk-tuk when needed etc.There was a lift which we thought was wonderful.
