Nice room and nice pool. However, location...
Nice room and nice pool. However, location not convenient. Service not up to standard. Computer not working in the business center. No ink when printing. No smile at the reception. On the day we went to see the sunrise at Angkor Wat, they promoised to have our breakfast packed by 5:00am. But not ready at 5:00am and told us it would be ready in 5 mins. But waited for 15mins and still not ready. We had to skip it! Staff were not helpful as a whole! We have also stayed at another hotel called Prince D'Angkor Resort Hotel during our trip, which was very good, also has big room, nice pool and most important of all, helpful staff and good service.

Once again many thanks to asiarooms.com who have furnished us yet another bargain for our 2nites stay in Angkor Miracle Resort and Spa. This is a new (2009)Five Star resort hotel that offers us a 4 Star price. No dissappointment whatsoever staying here. The lobby was grand and top with a welcome drink we immediately love this resort hotel. Rooms were spacious though with tasteful but simple decor, firm bed, clean and spacious bathroom, good water pressure, aircondition very strong (helps in a hot day) and overall hotel services very good. Breakfast has excellent choices. During our stay we had 4 meals in the restaurant, because the standard of cooking is excellent in most dishes they served. Pool area outside is very enticing. Going to the town centre is quite a distance (12mins.) and for US4 the tuk2 driver is willing to send us, then wait for us to enjoy your dinner in pub street and send us back. We would definitely recommend new visitors to stay in this hotel resort. And yes we would absolutely stay in this hotel again, very happy here, oh yes!.

Angkor Miracle Resort & Spa Hotel is...
Angkor Miracle Resort & Spa Hotel is an excellent choice to stay in Siem Reap,location wise is not too far away from all the attraction,free transport services are provided regularly to the city area. Hotel have great atmosphere and the friendly staff offer good services.Strongly recommended.

It would be the perfect spot for...
It would be the perfect spot for every kind of non-budget traveller if they keep an eye on the behaviour of all guests or better try not to attract the interest of cheap travellers. We were bothered by the misbehaviour of other guests who were not following any kind of hotel regulations. For a certain amount of money I expect also an atmosphere that is corresponding with the delightful surrounding in the hotel. Apart from that there is nothing we could complain about.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. The staff were friendly, service oriented and keen to ensure there were no hiccups whatsoever. Love their cheery attitude & gracious smiles. The daily complimentary shuttle to the city is a big plus. Lovely big pool. Reasonable prices @the Spa. Went there everyday. Haha! You will need the foot/body massages after all the rambling in the ruins.

V. happy to stay in Miracle The hotel is new The service is absolutely good I and my husband stayed there for honeymoon They decorated the room for us with roses surprised!!!! All the staff there are v. nice full of smile The location is a bit far from the pub street but never mind, because Siem Reap city is not big Just take US$2 for one way to pub street The food from the miracle is v. good If I go to Angkor again, I must stay there The price of Miracle is not expensive compared with other five star hotels in Angkor ^^ highly recommend this hotel to others

We stayed at this hotel for 6...
We stayed at this hotel for 6 days. Generally the service is good and I think it is great that all their staff are able to converse in English. We receive great help from the tour desk who was able to tell us where to visit, especially to places which we had not planned of such as Kulen Mountain. It was also great that there were shuttle services out to the town and while we would really like to have shuttle services back to the hotel, we understand that it could be logistical issue as well. Overall, this is a great place to just relax and not to do anything else.

My wife and myself enjoyed our stay...
My wife and myself enjoyed our stay at the quite new hotel with a good spa and relaxing area. The breakfast was really good and even our late arrival at the breakfast and dinner restaurants was no problem. Unfortunately, the command of English of most of the staff was not so good and special requests needed time and patience. Basically, we liked the communication with the staff but they overdo and do not yet have the right feeling when they can communicate and when they should leave the guests among themselves. Nevertheless, it was a good experience and most probably we would come back to this hotel when we are in Siem Reap the next time.
