The first night I was put on...
The first night I was put on a room without any windows was the hostess wasm so kind and she promised me to change rooms the following day so I accepted. The problem wasn't the lack of window but the smell of dump. It was so bad that it was a point during the night that I wanted to leave.
As promides the following day had a better room, small but smell free. When I asked for the fridge that was advertised with the room the wanted and additional 12 dollars for the fridge when the room only cost 9 dollars.
The breakfast consist of 1 scramble egg and a quarter of slice of something that resembles ham with 2 triangles of bread not toasted and coffe or tea.
The airport transfers is supposed to be included in the room price, and they send a tuck tuck to pick you up at the airport, however when you leave just as you are leaving they infirm you that the return is not included and you have to pay 1o dollars for the priviledge of travel back to the airport in their tuck tuck. I know that is not that much, but that is not the point.
The hotel is very clean, and the hostess very nice and polite just the pictures on the internet just a bit deceiving.
A good point is that is free internet, but don't be fooled is free in every single hotel in Siem Rep
