Nice place to stay,good for visiting Angkor Temple,but a bit far from city,3 dollars one way with tuk tuk!!Wonderfull Passion fruit juice at the pool.Big clean pool::
Family tour of Angkor Wat & Others
Check in and check out seriously deficient. We arrived at around 13:30 but had to wait till 14:30 before being able to get access to our room. Check in time was supposed to be 14:00.
Check out took nearly half an hour. This was in spite of me being the only one checking out. They didn't know what our room rate was or how to charge it. Finally, a more senior individual staff member came along and sorted it all out. Not at all clear why this should have taken so long as I'd given them our reservation sheet, which clearly showed the room rates on it.
We have a villa, which was excellent accommodation for a grown up family with partners.
The hotel has an excellent pool, and staff are very friendly.
We ate once at the restaurant, for dinner, but the food was just average.

family stay February, 2011
I stayed with my husband and 3 kids aged 7 to 10. We stayed in an Apsara Villa and it was great. Within the villa were 4 seperate hotel rooms; as we had the whole villa we just left those doors open, but it would have been excellent to have another family join us. Each room had it's own TV, bathroom, etc so everyone could spread out for some quiet time.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
The room was very clean.
Typical asian beds - pretty hard. It was a nice surprise to have cotton quilts though.
Breakfast tended to cater more to the asian crowds, as far as food choices go.

Very nice place to stay in Siem...
Very nice place to stay in Siem Reap. Is a little bit far from the city center. Nice rooms and the people working there are nice and educated
