Pleasant Hotel
Stayed 3 days and found hotel staff very polite and accomodating. Food was rather bland but reasonable. I liked their attitude and jovial faces! Rooms were good and service very prompt.
The biggest drwback is the road leading to the hotel !! It is a terrible state of any kind of road worthiness and passes many dingy shops and businesses. Management must press on the government to do something soon or it will drive away potential clientele ! I would only check in if the road is better.

Great Siem Reap Hotel
Friendly staff, great pool area and large room makes this hotel a winner. Hotel is in a quiet location only a $2 tuk-tuk ride away from the nightlife.
Good Stay
2 night stay which was perfectly fine. Nice pool and very friendly/helpful staff. I would stop here again for a short break - good value for money.
Great place to stay
This hotel is in a convenient place to stay and upon arrival the staff couldn't have been more helpful to me even down to lending me the laptop they use at the counter so I could change some bookings I had made. The restaurant was excellent with a good selection for breakfast and the chefs prepare excellent meals at night. The staff also arranged bus tickets etc for no charge for the service. Overall an excellent place to stay.

Good hotel with nice pool - great price!
This hotel was an intial find and then we were nervous that the pool would not be as nice as it looked in pictures but it was BETTER! This is a great place with kids to stay while in the city because it is a good escape from the dust. It is a few minutes ride by tuk tuk to Pub Street to get dinner but worth the $4 round trip. The only thing they could do to make this place perfect was more western options at breakfast such as yogurt and pancakes. If you want a brand new place this is not for you but the room was very clean, the staff was very friendly, and they had free WIFI in the big lobby. We wish he had not wasted money at another hotel; this is a great find!
Budget Traveller
Well, we 7 people lived in this hotel for 5 days. so far the wi-fi is sucks! i don't know why the free wi-fi is so slow and we can't play the Facebook game... if you need wi-fi at room charges you US$5 / DAY...this i don't like.
Breakfast is good, but 5 days are the same breakfast, then you will be bore.
Bicycle only has 4 for rent. so we have to rent it outside.
Pool is good and i like Poolside lounge.
Gym room is just so so while some machine need to put more oil.
The worst thing is they must have to double check the cleaness of all rooms. since we saw little animal in the room!
Price is good. but becareful don't break the container for shampoo, those are fragile...and Hotel will charge you US$3 if it is broken.
Services, almost very good to us. However, i saw our neighbour finished food at room and put it outside door, but almost 3 hours no people go to tidy up......it is easy to attract mouse! Hotel must think about that issue!

Pros: The hotel is in a quiet...
Pros: The hotel is in a quiet location about 3 or 4 minutes away by tuk tuk from the hustle and bustle of the "pub street". Reception will call for transport on your behalf and free bikes are available. The pool is small but in a cool bar area so you can sit by the water and have a drink and a swim after a long day touring temples. The staff were all very friendly.
Cons: The room we booked although nice did not look like the room that was advertised on asiarooms. Also, the hotel put us in contact with a tuk tuk driver to take us around the temples for two days. His English was great but HE WAS NOT LICENSED! This means that he can not go inside the temples with you. Instead, he made his apologies and gave us a book to read up on each temple. This really isn't ideal and we ended up paying for a couple of yours when we got there. We paid $35 in total for the two days and for that price i think we could have got a licensed guide. Well worth paying for someone who is licensed in my opinion.
