5N stay in Angkor Pearl Hotel
My colleagues and I were quite unsure of the kind of standard of stay we will be encountering but nonetheless, biting the bullet, we proceeded with the booking of this little pearly.
Upon arrival, we were shocked by the environment of this hotel. It gave us the feeling of home stay. The rooms were very clean and cozy. No complains.
During the stay however, there were issues with the air-con noise and the toilet chokes but these problem were tackled and solved promptly by the hotel staffs. Hence the rating for room quality is 4 out of 6.
Other than the room quality, the stay was pretty nice. The staffs were all smiles and helpful.

Stopped here and had a lovely time. Staff were helpful and friendly and even gave us a gift when we checked out. They really lived up to the award they received.

The hotel staff were warm and friendly. Whenever we have a request, they would do their best to fulfill them.
We checked out early in the morning to see the sunrise at Angkor Wat but we left our luggage with the hotel to be collected later in the afternoon. We were caught in a thunderstorm around mid-morning and were soaking wet when we went back to the hotel.
The hotel staff quickly opened a room for us to take a shower and rest before our flight in the late afternoon. I don't sense any expectation for us to tip them like in other hotels. Instead, we felt that the staff genuinely took pride in their jobs to serve us well.
Definitely would recommend this hotel to all my friends.

Great value - excellent locagtion
My husband, I and adult daughter spent 5 nights here. The location was amazing with wonderful tuk tuk drivers at the front who were so helpful. The morning breakfast was always served with a smile and delicious. All the staff were friendly and the rooms were certainly adequate. Would be happy to stay again.
Excellent value for money
Travelling alone can be scary at times but Peter and his staff made me feel really welcome. Really good sized room, well equipped and close to local markets and nightlife. Taxi drivers at the hotel are really excellent and friendly
Excellent Hotel for the price
I really do not have anything negative to say about this Hotel. I have stayed in hotels much more expensive that were no where near as good. If you contact the Hotel they also offer a free airport pick up.The location is excellent it is down a quiet street but only about a ten minute walk to the city. My room was large and extremely clean. I found all the staff to be friendly and most did speak good english. The air conditioning was great in my room, there is no air conditioning in the hallways but this did not worry me in the least especially with the price I paid for my room. The Hotel has four floors and no lift, if you were elderly or found stairs hard to climb your really would have to request a first floor room. I would not hesitate to stay at the Angkor Pearl again and would recommend this to my friends.
Great Hotel, Excellent Value for money, could maybe put a few more things on the breakfast menu but other than that, nothing to complain about! Superb!

Excellent for the price
When you first arrive it seems like it's far from everything but it's only a 10 -15 minute walk to the "pub street" and the day or night markets.
Ask for a room on the left side of the hotel- the vacant lot side. The other side has dogs barking and chickens crowing all night.
