This is if our first time in Siem Reap and first impression always last. Our first impression of the city and our trip comes from the Borei Angkor Resort and Spa. The hotel is beautiful and the hospitality given by the staff is above and beyond our expectations. The staff are very nice and courteous. Always smiling and always there for a helping hand. The room is great and the food in hotel are fantastic. Service given by staff throughout our stay are TOP NOTCH!!!! thanks again for making our trip to Siem Reap a memorable one!!!
grand hotel, friendly staff and good food. we stayed 5 nights and didn't want to leave a sanctuary from siem reap hustle and bustle and Ankor wonders. we stayed in the off seasean so room was great value for money. would recomend to anyone who enjoys a bit of luxuary. ps check spa prices in the town before paying the resort prices. we went to Lemongrass spa near pub street would recomend this place also. happy travels. pss do not pay more than $15 a day for tuk tuk unless you want to
Great hotel and wonderful service throughout our stay. Upgraded one of our rooms as the heater was very noisy. Excellent and prompt service by hotel staff.
Excellent stay ! Beautiful hotel :kmer architecture with a garden in front and the pool and spa behind the main building. Very friendly ! Excellent local and international food.
We do enjoy this hotel just the price is a bit higher to add one more guy in the room. Good breakfast and enviroment. But it is quite luxury place and local girls seem not like to visit and have a dinner with you here.
Absolutly a great hotel to stay at whilst visiting Siem Reap.
The facilities, and all ameneties were first class and the staff were amongst the friendliest and helpful that we have found during our many years of travelling in Asia.
Great value for money!!!
a gem of a find!.. gorgeous hotel with all the amendities.. the staff is absolutely wonderful and go the extra mile to make sure we are comfortable. facilities are great and impressive.. ( though the airconditioning was kept low and the hotel was a tad warm)
great value for money, if you came visit around july/august
ask the hotel to appoint a driver and tour guide for you,, that would be the best or else you would waste time figuring out the city
I stayed a week in this hotel and found it very difficult to fault. The hotel is beautiful and very clean, the staff were always nice, the breakfast was good, and my room was big, clean and comfortable. It's not in the "tourist" area, but when it takes $2 and 3 minutes to get to the middle of town by tuk tuk this really didn't matter, and there was always a tuk tuk waiting outside the hotel.
