We found everyone friendly and helpful, especially Canadian/Australian owners. Quiet location away from the main Sihanoukville area. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Not right by the beach, but a short walk across the road. Food in the restaurant was excellent. Breezy verandahs. Free wi-fi was a bonus. Great value for a 3 star hotel.

Nice place with quiet private beach. We...
Nice place with quiet private beach. We had car so travelling to centre was no problem but those with no transport would have to arrange something. Staff very efficient and friendly, our group of 6 had no complaints. For a peaceful break away from the crowds at a reasonable cost, I would recommend here.
