Good hotel, large rooms, nice pool area all areas were clean and tidy. Location good many restaurants near hotel.
Bathroom and shower ok but no hot water at wash hand basin, make sure breakfast included in price otherwise an extra $4-50 per person.

Great hotel.

I have to admit after my first few nights in Phnom Penh I was not expecting much. I was pleasently surprised. I took my Fiancee down to Sihanoukville and thought I would book something a little extra special. The room was bigger than I needed it but she was happy and really that is what matters. We had a superior deluxe room. The bed was comfy enough, large and there was a small table with 2 chairs, a sofa TV shower. Located only a 5 minute walk from the beach, and right by a supermarket and several restaurants. You can just nip onto the balcony/walkway for a cigarette where you are given your own table. You get a nice view of the pool and you can see right out towards the sea. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I only sampled breakfast one day and thought it was adequate but could have had more. I suppose a mix of Cambodian/western cuisine. Nothing remarkable but was enough. what was disapointing was that you had to pay for orange juice or cofee at breakfast. That is something I am not used to which is why I am dropping marks for the food. The bar staff there in the evening were nice enough. Lots of couples there so suitable for couples and the single traveller. Pool was really nice and was open until 22.00. She liked it so much that we have now booked our september trip there for a few nights. I think really that says it all. There is cheaper accomodation in Sihanoukville but I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. As a "creature of habit" I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Solo female traveler

This was my 3rd place in Sihanoukville, as I've been trying to find the right combo of a good room and quiet sleep. The room is decent, and as quiet as it will get unless you stay at a bungalow on the quiet part of the beach. However, the ants in the bathroom weirded me out a little, but that seems to be a common problem in Sihanoukville. However, very friendly laid back environment, excellent food, staff was very friendly and excellent. Can definitely see why people make this place their home for longer.
