The hotel looks great, the room is good but the service is absolutely dismal. they stuffed up our room at registration and wanted more money from us when we clearly had the booking with AsiaRooms. The aircon. did not work and it was uncomfortable (on level 11). After the 2nd night we had to change the room because it was unbearable with the heat, cold, dust and noise. We were promised a room switch and our luggage was to be transferred at 3pm. When we returned that night, we found out they gave away our room and the room we were suppose to switch too and not given any further instruction on where we're to sleep. The night manager (Justin) finally helped us. Our luggage which was suppose to be moved as promised at 3pm was still sitting in lobby at 11pm. After all this was settled, we were woken at 1:30am by a service staff who rang the doorbell to give us an invoice for staining a towel?! We asked twice for an explanation only to not receive any at all. We asked the manager and all he said was 'we're sorry'. Had we not asked, an apology would not have been given at all. Even though Asia Rooms gave us a great deal, it was not worth it at all and thus we do not recommend this hotel at all.
