I have stayed at the Rosedale times...
I have stayed at the Rosedale times and usually find the service O.K. It is difficult at times to communicate in English with the people at the check-in/check-out desk, but they try very hard. I have had most problems in the Business office as the computer service is very slow and this increases the cost because of the time required. This needs attention. The taxi drivers do not know your location, but seem to know the Holiday Lido, so I have to tell them how to get to the Rosedale. It would be convenient if there were signs posted about the shopping areas near the hotel. Many years ago there were several shops across the street from the Holiday Lido and they moved to a building on the corner. This trip I could not find these shops and had to go to the Pearl Market and Silk Market so my first time visitor with me could shop. I hope this information is helpful. Robert George
