Park Plaza Wangfujing
My recent stay at Wangfujing was very pleasant. I found the.hotel was well managed. The housekeeping is great. Breakfast was delicious. I am a happy customer. An area they can improve on is to give more shower gel.since the gel tube is rather small.
A real gem
A real gem of a hotel in a great location. Very comfortable rooms well furnished. Hotel is very well designed giving a warm modern feel. But what makes this hotel are the staff who are welcoming and extremely helpful. We would very highly recommend this hotel.
Wonderful Stay
This is a very nice hotel.
Location: A slow walk of 10-15 minutes will bring you to the shopping hub.
Hotel: Staffs are friendly and helpful. When I tried to give some tips to the staff who helped me to set-up the sofa bed, she told me that it is not necessary as she is performing her duty. But I still gave her a hand as I found that she deserved it. Very nice lady.
Room: Super clean and well equipped with all the items.
We will stay at this hotel again if we visit Beijing again as they make us feel at home.

Location is good. Service was great. Staff spoke English very well and are friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good and hotel is fairly new. We saw a lot of business people and couples stay in this hotel.

The staff was the best! The only other hotel in China where I have had such good service was at the St. Regis in Beijing so that is saying a lot.

I had a good stay in Park Plaza Hotel, and it was my second time there.
The location is very good and the room clean,roomy enough and well equipped.
I'd say good value for money as overall appraisal.
The only trouble that I had, a deposit booked on my credit card which was charged even if I consumed nothing, is spoiling a little bit my level of satisfaction.
The manager assured to me that this will be fixed but in the meantime I am still waiting for it.
I am confident that everything will be OK and that I can return again to this nice hotel.

Excellent hotel with outstanding concierge service. Good location and room size. The only negative was that the room smelled cigarette initially despite being in a non-smkoing floor. We had to keep the windows open. Also no individual room temperature control.
