Hello ,
My stay at the hotel was as I hoped . Somethings were better than I hoped and some were acceptable .
However , The management knew nothing of the booking , Asia rooms or that I was on my way . I was unable to easily find direct contact details fot the hotel via your service and the prices quoted by your service were a fraction of the real cost . I am sure your service has a good application for the right clients but it did not suit my needs in any way . I have not checked my credit card account yet but I will be checking to see if any deductions have been made on account of using your service either by Asia Rooms or the Carlton Hotel ..
The Hotel was fine .
