Hotel was pretty nice, clean and reasonably priced. Hotel staff was friendly, the staff was very helpful to us in the Business center room, and gave us advice on getting to West Lake area and other local sites.
Food for breakfast buffet was ok.
The location was convienent in the sense that there was a small bus stop outside in front of the hotel, and you could take bus #527 to West lake area for three yuan.
I would stay here again.
