Poor Customer Service and Air-Conditioned was Terrible
When we reached the Hotel at 1700hrs, the counter staff told us that their computer system does not have our Hotel Booking records. After 15 mins of checking with her supervisor and Online Booking department, still couldn't find our records. However they still give us a room at the AsiaRoom booking rates. The 3 nights stay was about RMB 950, but they required us to put a deposit of RMB 1,500.
After spending 20 mins on the checking-In, we went to our room. We adjusted the Temperature to a lower degree as the temperature outside is 34 degree. However the Air-Conditioned System was blowing out Warmer Air (More like a Heater).
Called the Counter Staff to complain, her replied was that their Air-Conditioned System was under repair and require a few days to service. And i questioned her, how come when i was doing the check-In, your Counter Staff didn't inform me about in and why the main lobby Air-con was working. Her reply was; the Air-Conditioned System was spoiled due to the Weather Change from 23 Degree to 34 Degree, and this happens with most of the Hotel in Hangzhou. As for the Lobby Temperature, it was due to the Cold Air that was blown into the Hotel from the Main road, as the past few days was only 23 Degree. In the end, we requested for a Fan.
And the Internet Connection Speed was only 250Kbps.
As we are checking out early on the last day at 6.30am, we called the Counter the day before to inform them that we would like to book a Cab to bring us to the Hangzhou Railway. The Staff replied that, when we are doing the Checking-Out documentation, they will help us Booked a Cab. However in the morning when we are doing the Check-Out, the Counter Staff told us to go out of the Hotel and flag our only Cab and mentioned that they don't provided Cab Booking Services.
The Customer Service was terrible.
