first timer in Hangzhou
Good:
Room are very clean. Toilets equip with toileteries. Free apples and oranges in room. LCD TV with vareity of channels to choose. Hot water are excellent. Not so good in speaking english (at the counter), but at least give their best try.. acceptable enough rather than speaking mandarin back to us like others do.
Bad/Average/Can be improved:
No water hose in toilets (some asians especially muslims are rare to this).Bed are quite hard. Air condition not working efficiently, thus the rooms are a bit hot. TV channels full of chinese show except HBO and one international sports channel(which also features in chinese version). Corridor are dark (not enough lighting). Need to take taxi to main tourist area.
