Hotel check in time is at 2pm,...
Hotel check in time is at 2pm, we got there at 3.30pm and our rooms were not ready for another 1/2 hour?! An extremely unfriendly place for non-smokers and people with asthma, ie hotel placed a very 'open space' cigar lounge at the hotel's main entrance, so there is no way to avoid passive smoking the second you entered the hotel.

Got the room through www.asiarooms.com. First off,...
Got the room through www.asiarooms.com. First off, the hotel is new and well-managed. Rooms are elegant, clean and spacious. Breakfast is great. I like the location because it sits aside the Westlake yet a Carrefour is within 5 minutes' walk. The staff was great, the lady at the Business Centre helped us get our train tickets back to Shanghai for our flight back. I am going back again except this time, I am going to bring my family and extended family along. Two thumbs up!
