Located just opposite the West Lake on...
Located just opposite the West Lake on the famous Nanshan Rd. Although I don't know why it's famous there isn't much there. Close to Heiphong Rd, Hangzhou's ancient street. It's a little way to find some decent bars. Credit cards are accepted. English language is minimal. No elevator, so get reception to help you with heavy bags. Room service available but no english menu. No english speaking TV channels. Hard beds, carpets need replacing. This being said, the hotel does offer value for money. It is clean and comfortable enough. I will stay there on my next visit to HZ.
