Simple but spacious and functional
I would recommend this place for a couple-trip type that is easily satisfied with a no-frills, value for money, clean and space efficient service apartment. Note: seriously no-frills but at least there is the pantry with electric kettle and mini fridge. The bathroom is clean and equipped with shower heater and basic toiletries. Oh, and there's a washing machine too. There is a night market just right in front of the building which brings the street to life after dusk. A couple of convenience stores around the area which is accessible within 5 minutes of walking. However it was quite confusing to locate the check-in for Westlake Seven within East King Plaza as you will need to ask the lobby attendant to swipe lift card access to 17th floor to locate it! If taking a cab to reach the service apartment, remember to mention East King Plaza (Dong Fang Jin Chu) as the destination.
