Brahmaputra Grand Hotel Lhasa  

hm.. where should I start? Day 1 1)Check-IN: They couldn't find my booking and refused investigating since they don't THINK they have asiarooms.com account with them. Waiting and arguing for 2 hours at the lobby. I had to use my mobile phone to investigate what happened even though I had my voucher and payment confirmation letter with me. Hotel manager didn't know what voucher is. So did the rest of staff who were there. 2)Ordered room service. The staff who delivered food didn't return the change and receipt.(got the change when I check out from the sales rep.) Day 2 1)Apperantly, it was hotel's fault with my booking, so I asked General manager's apology which I don't still get. 2)Ordered potala palace ticket at hotel desk which is a BIG regret. It is the staff's personal side business.(I don't know how the network organised, somehow it looks like hotel knows about it.) They made us waiting for 2 hours at the park(It was like hiding from simething for some reason) near potala palace. After 2 hours waiting, they said that there is no ticket for us. I could get in potala after I told them I'm going to report this to the police. Day 3 1)When I check out, they gave me a bill for the room which I already paid for through asiarooms.com. I had to wait for 1 hour to sort out. (Isn't it cleard with so many arguing and discussion last 2 days?) 2)They refused to return 100Yuen key deposit. I still have no idea why they did since I had my receipt with me. (Sales rep. returned it later after he yelled at the staff.) what else... I'm very suprised that choosing a hotel could ruin whole trip. It's a BIG BIG BIG regret that I have stayed this hotel. There are so many staffs wearing fancy tibetan traditional clothes everywhere at the hotel, but It's amazing that I couldn't get any service I want. We have moved to other hotel where is 10 times cheaper and made us happy and relaxed. I have travelled a lot last 15 years for work or vacation. This hotel is unbelievable and unforgettable!!!
