Me and my husband stayed for only...
Me and my husband stayed for only one night, but I wish we could stay for at least a week. We had a deluxe room, with all the facilities we could dream of, and even more. I'm not an expert when it comes to tecnology, that's my husbands area. He was impressed how updated everything was, and it takes a lot to impress him :-) The bathroom was huge, stylish and with venetian blinds facing the bedroom. We also found that the minibar was equipped with real crystal glasses (Riedel) not that it means a lot, but I will say it's a sign of quality. The breakfast buffet was impressive, and the hotel has a excellent sushi restaurant. Finally, the staff is absolutely great! Good english skills, and they also a sense of humor.
We are for sure staying at this hotel next time we go to Shanghai.
Great service, friendly & a good location....
Great service, friendly & a good location. Breakfast was fabulous. Pool was a bit small with a column in the middle so lap swimming was out. Staff were great in helping up find places to see and arrange taxis. Overall a great experience.

Spent a week at this Hotel, excellent service by very helpfull staff who could not do enough for us after our original Hotel was overbooked.
Rooms in very good condition and spacious, well maintained bathrooms.
A very good location with lots of Shops and a new fake goods market nearby next to Times Square.
