There as an initial confusion with regards...
There as an initial confusion with regards to the booking. - Hotel initially claimed they did not receive the confirmation from Asiarooms and asked me to call asiarooms. It was much later that they realised Asiarooms sent to another email address. - Asiarooms should work with the hotel to streamline the booking process. - The hotel did not have english speaking staff to speak with asiarooms, which made matters worse. Hotel does not have a No-smoking rooms. I will not recommend it if you have sensitive noses.
