I arrived at midnight, and saw the hotel but I don't know how to go there.

There is a small shuttle bus service from the airport and the journey took less than 10 minutes! From my room, i can see the airport but i didnt hear the aeroplanes noise at all. The only complain is that at night, i could hear some knocking sounds coming from the workshops that are nearby the hotel.

Stayed one night here as my flt touched down very late at night.
Took a cab to the hotel and learnt that they actually have a shuttle bus if you called.
Really a simple hotel with almost nothing to explore around it. No food to order at that time except for a grocery shop at the lobby which sells cup noodles and drinks.
For the price to stay for a night to catch some sleep, its pretty worth it.

We arrived in Shenzhen late in the night. Taxi driver had difficulty getting access to the hotel. Area has many construction site thus making access difficult.

The Vienna Hotel is basic but great value and very convenient if you have an early morning flight out of Shenzhen airport. A shuttle bus was available to take us to the airport in perfect time for our flight. If you live in Hong Kong and like to fly out of Shenzhen, you can do the whole border crossing etc the night before and know that you have no hassles getting your flight in the morning.

ask for an extra blanket(basic need), the answer is sorry, do not have extra blanket provide. one more blanket is just a small need but cannot provide is not aceeptable for a hotel
