VILLA Adriatic is situated in the upper part of Mlini. Thanks to this location, guests can enjoy a beautiful view towards the Adriatic. We have fourteen rooms with double bed, en-suite shower/WC and air-conditioning, and ten of the rooms offer sea-view and balcony. On the shady and silent terrace guests can enjoy a beautiful view to the Bay of Zupa.

8 km away from Dubrovnik and the airport, Mlini is a beautiful place with a small river, beaches, sheltered bays, gardens and promenades; and you will find many places to unwind. From the accommodation, sand and pebble beaches can be reached by a 7-10 minute walk. Shops, post office, bank (ATMs), cafés and restaurants can be found in 2-10 minutes of walk from the property.

There is also one common kitchen, an outside barbecue and a garden.

Guests can reserve bed & breakfast (B&B) and during stay half board can also be arranged.

The bus-stop for the local bus-lines to Cavtat or Dubrovnik is only a 2 minute walk and there is also a secure guest car park which is big enough for buses too.
