Studio Loza is air-conditioned and sleeps up to four people (one double bed and one sofa bed). The apartment has been sympathetically restored to fit into its historic setting and is also perfectly placed for the ACI marina if you are island hopping by private boat. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchenette.

Rising above Studio Loza is Marjan, a tree covered hill which affords superb views over the city and which provides six square kilometres of parkland for walking and biking, as well as hiding dozens of small coves suitable for swimming.

A large, private sun terrace awaits you just outside the door, giving you views over terracotta roofs towards the Dinaric mountains, as well as a place to eat outdoors or to sunbathe. A small, vine-covered, courtyard garden is generally available for the use of guests who prefer a cooler place to relax.
