Following a multi million euro refurbishment over Winter 2008/09, the Amathus Beach Hotel Limassol has re-open at the start of Summer 2009 featuring a chic, contemporary new reception area and lobby, improved guest accommodation, a luxurious new spa that will offer 2,000m2 of opulent and pampering space, a whole new design in three restaurants as well as in the hotel’s main bar.

Accommodation:
All types of accommodation feature heating, cooling, direct dial telephone, satellite TV with video on demand, playstation, high speed internet access, mini-bar, safe deposit box, tea & coffee making facilities, bathroom with full length bathtub whereas, with the exception of the Inland View and Superior Inland View rooms, all rooms have a balcony with direct sea view.

27 Superior Inland View Rooms and 27 Superior Sea View Rooms have been fully refurbished for the 2009 summer season, creating comfortable, spacious accommodation. The Inland View Rooms offer discreetly luxurious décor in sandy golds, dark browns and creams. Ideal for families these rooms feature an additional large, comfortable sofa bed and can sleep up to two adults and two children. The Sea View Rooms are elegant in design combining silvers, charcoals and blues. Each Sea View Room features a large balcony, ideal for intimate dining and catching the last of the afternoon sun. Both types of accommodation offer beautiful Zebrano timber furnishings, comfortable armchairs and delicate artwork above the bed depicting coastal images of waves and sand dunes.

Amathus Beach Hotel Limassol has opened one ultra luxurious Presidential Suite, of approximately 82 square metres.

The Amathus Beach Hotel boasts also, 3 Executive Suites, 27 Junior Suites and 9 Junior Suites the latter with private pool with Jacuzzi. All of the Suites are with Sea-View.

The unique 36 direct Sea View Junior Suites are indeed very spacious rooms; almost double the size of a normal bedroom, providing also tea and coffee making facilities and a comfortable lounge-area with a large settee convertible into an extra double bed.

Outstandingly the 9 Junior Suites, located at the garden level, have the fascinating feature of a heated private swimming pool.

Advantageously all Inland View rooms, Superior Inland View rooms and all Junior Suites accommodate either a maximum of three adults or two adults and two children.

Restaurant and Bars:
The art and science of gastronomy are portrayed from an exclusive selection of restaurants and bars that suit perfectly to the needs of the most discerning guests. During summer, the starlit Fish Tavern by the water edge, offers ideally prepared, on the spot in front of the guests, fish, catch of the day and seafood dishes all cooked to perfection in an authentic Cyprus and Greek tradition.

Asiachi: an á la carte restaurant that offers delicacies from the Far East. Guests are able to choose between mouth watering Chinese, Japanese and Thai delights, each dish carefully prepared with a contemporary twist. Contemporary in design, the restaurant guarantees a sophisticated Asian dining experience.

The Cyan: Serving a tempting menu of local delicacies and international favourites, The Cyan restaurant is Amathus Beach Hotel Limassol’s main restaurant located on the ground floor. The Cyan is an intimate dining experience.



La Terrazza: A firm favourite with guests of all ages, La Terrazza opens in the summer months, offering scrumptious themed buffet dining overlooking the beautiful moonlit sea. Dine alfresco in our traditional Italian restaurant, with its lively atmosphere. On a romantic summer evening watch the chefs in the open kitchen as they prepare authentic Italian dishes – including freshly made pasta, pizzas and other specialties. Kalypso Restaurant: located in an idyllic location at the pool level, where our guests can enjoy their buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our Executive Chef and his brigade create only the best from the gastronomic theme night buffets. A la carte menu also available.

Limanaki Fish Taverna: situated on the heart of our marina, just yards from the sea shore, is the most romantic setting for an intimate evening under a ceiling of stars. The décor, the ambiance and the picturesque view of the seaside promenade offer a glimpse of the fisherman’s life. This is the place to enjoy the finest of the day’s catch. (Open during Summer)

NuBar: has opened with a tasteful new look located on the ground floor. The fabulously stylish interior will mix large black silk pendants, crystal details and leather panelling to create a chic bar with designers cocktails, to match the whole atmosphere will be served from a smart onyx bar that glows with gentle shades of yellow and orange.

Helios Beach Bar: dedicated to beach lovers where all drinks and freshly squeezed juices are served. In summer, our beach waitresses will take your orders and deliver your drinks to your sun-bed. (Open during Summer)

Petrino Bar: located next to the charming Limanaki Fish Tavern, only a few yards from the seashore. Offers the opportunity for a refreshing cocktail on the marina promenade or for an after-dinner “moonlight sip”. Ideally situated a few steps from our spectacular indoor swimming pool, offers a variety of healthy drinks. (Open during Summer)

Amathus Spa & Wellness Centre
The new Amathus Spa & Wellness Centre is open with over 2,000 square meters of opulent, indulgent space in which guests can unwind. The four elements of air, earth, fire and water will all play their role to create a sophisticated, tranquil ambiance.
The Amathus Spa and Wellness Centre has been recognized as a “Leading Spa of the World”. The hugely prestigious commendation given by the “The Leading Spas of the World” further proves that the spectacular new spa facility at Amathus Beach Hotel Limassol is now one of the best on the island.
The spa features products and treatments by elite, all-natural skincare specialists Pevonia Botanica. Offering a personal touch, guests will undergo an in-depth skin analysis enabling treatments to be carefully adapted to suit skin types, ensuring that guests leave the spa feeling refreshed, glowing and seeing a noticeable difference in the way they look and feel.

Conference Centre
Amathus Beach Hotel Limassol offers a fully equipped Conference Centre featuring the latest technology, space and comfort.
