Newly renovated spacious and luxurious apartments in the historical centre of the city of České Budějovice.
Each apartment is fully equipped, including a kitchen with all amenities you may need (a fridge, a cooker, a microwave). Luxury living and comfortable home environment does not harm the unique historical atmosphere of the complex.

The residence is located right in the historic heart of the town, at the Black Tower, in the sight of the square of Premysl Otakar II. All major city sights as well as gourmet restaurants Symbiosa, Masné krámy, Malý pivovar etc. are just a few steps away from our residence.

The Residence consists of 4 buildings, which reconstruction was finished in July 2010. The complex now has 28 fully furnished apartments in 4 floors, with the total capacity of 75 beds. Apartment area varies from 33 to 120 sqm.

Parking available on private car park (unguarded) for 150 CZK per day/night,
