The good things are the furnished bottled water, internet and location to the best place in Quito, also a cheap but good resturant.
The short comings are that the staff speaks no English and the worst is the noise coming from the bar directly across the street and also the police impound beside the hotel,(car alarms going off all night). You will get only broken amounts of sleep every night. I like Quito but will be glad to go to another city where I will be able to sleep at night instead of during the day.
The staff is friendly but not of much help in directing you to places.
The staff can,t even help you connect to the internet. Also the directions for connecting to the internet do not work for the 2nd floor.
