Matamanoa Island is a small, boutique 4 star Resort located in the beautiful Mamanuca Islands of Fiji. Just 10 minute scenic flying time in a helicopter from Nadi International Airport or a leisurely 90 minute catamaran cruise from Denarau Marina (20 minutes drive from Nadi International Airport). Matamanoa Island offer a choice of 20 very spacious air-conditioned beachfront bures or 13 air-conditioned beautifully appointed modern resort rooms. All accommodation is equipped with refrigerator, tea & coffee facilities, overhead fans, clock radio, hair dryer, bath robes, in room safe for laptop, full length mirror, mood lighting, beachfront bures have a cocktail bar, resort rooms have a desk.

The Veidomoni Spa set amongst the boulders and trees offers our guests a tantalizing menu of couples or single massages and other spa treatments.

Dining either alfresco on the deck or around the pool or in our "House of Waves" Restaurant is an enjoyable experience, cuisine is international designed by our Executive Chef with a fusion of Fijian Dishes, the buffet once a week provides guests the opportunity to sample real Fijian fare.

5 Star PADI scuba diving in situ with a complimentary introductory dive daily. Play tennis either day or night, play volleyball with the staff on the beach, join in petonque (sand bowls) coconut tree climbing, weaving from a palm leaf, mountain hike, or play on the water with kayaks, hoby cats and sail boats.

Visit our neighbours on an Island Hop, sunset cruise, or visit our closest Island "Monoriki" where Tom Hanks was marooned in the movie Cast Away. A visit to our local Village is always a delight, shop in the shell market or watch pottery being made in the old traditional way, no pottery wheel or traditional kilns here. On Sunday the village church comes alive with the beautiful harmonious voices of the village choir, not to be missed.

Snorkeling is a must in this pristine marine sanctuary, snorkel from the beach, our activities staff will guide you along the way.
