Built round a mansion, the Residence consists of 1 or 2 levels, with a line of columns, terraced roofs and pastel facades. In the residence, the La Croix des Gardes quarter has many spots offering a sweeping view of the 270 m² overflowing swimming-pool overhaging Cannes Bay, the Lérins Islands and the red rocks of the Esterel.
The residence is particularly appropriate for young children: a playground, a paddling pool and gardens.
