A 20 minute drive from the « Emerald coast » and its beaches, at half an hour from the Mont Saint Michel, on the edge of a golf course, on the slope overlooking the course, close to the Mesnil forest, the residence benefits from an exceptional setting.

The entrance to the golf course is at 2 km and the village of Tronchet at 500 m (bar, bakery). The residence is made up of a series of small houses, split into groups. The apartments, ranging from the 2-roomed apartment for 4 to the 4-roomed apartment for 8, are equipped with a kitchen (vitroceramic hotplates, microwave, dishwasher), bathroom or shower with toilet, fee-paying television and a terrace.
