Alright place just to sleep. Rooms are in ok condition. Not the tidiest of neighbourhoods. Convenient for Gare du Nord but that's the extent of it. Breakfast is available but we chose not to have. Also they have a no food in room policy.
small room in average condition. Ok for it's price. But not 3*. Breakfast is only for extra 10 Euros. Location is very good, couple of minutes from 2 different metro stations.
Next time I will look for something else.
