The penthouse-apartment is newly decorated, is bright, quiet and has a small roof patio. It is fully furnished and has a modern kitchen including a microwave, a ceran cooker, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer compartment, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee maker. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower attachment and shower curtain and has a window. The living room is spacious and has a dining and a living area. There is a master bedroom with double bed (1,60m) and a wardrobe. The 3rd room can be used as a bedroom (sofa bed, 1,40m and wardrobe) or as a spare room.

The apartment is on the 4th floor facing a small quiet road. There is no elevator. There is very good access to public transport and the motorway. In the area you can find supermarkets, a beer garden, restaurant, an internet-cafe, a launderette and other little shops. Within 3 stops on the underground you can get to the following destinations: Treptower Park, the Badeboot (pool floating on the river), cinemas, Kreuzberg, the former Tempelhof airport and the Britzer Garden. If you want to go to Prenzlauer Berg or the TV Tower you do not have to change trains, just take the U8 direct (about 20 minutes).
