Hotel Palace Berlin  

We are a middle age couple from amman jordan who came for medical reasons to berlin. The hotel staff were the best we have ever encountered in europe Smiling and welcoming and so very helpful. The Location was perfect and the breakfast buffet so elaborate and generous. On the whole the stay was quite pleasant. On the down side the twin room we stayed in was not that of a superior 5 star hotel the beds were too small and definitely kids size. We are not a tall couple but the length and width of the beds were too small . One of us had major surgery and all night there was a vigil in case the person rolled off the bed. Actually the room had nothing to do with those in the web photos. Due to the surgery we had to spend alot of time in the room and that was quite uncomfortable and depressing. The wifi was overpriced and expensive The tv films were costing more than the cinema If these negative points can be adjusted it is a great hotel to stay in.
