The Hotel Palace Berlin is one of the most renowned 5-star hotels in the German capital, with an excellent reputation as Berlin's family operated gourmet and conference hotel. Centrally situated in the heart of the city between the Gedächtnis-Kirche memorial church and the Kurfürstendamm, and only a few minutes by car from Potsdamer Platz and the Brandenburg Gate, the luxury hotel offers its guests outstanding service characterized by unrivalled individuality and flexibility.

This Leading Hotel of the World has 282 rooms and suites to fulfill every need of the modern-day traveller. The convention area provides our discerning guests with a total of 18 event rooms equipped with state-of-the-art technology on an area of 2,400 square metres for receptions up to 1000 people and conferences and banquets for up to 700 people. The salon floor features a Fireplace Room and a Gobelin Room.

Guests can enjoy the fine cuisine of master chef Matthias Buchholz in the discrete atmosphere and stylish ambience of the “first floor” gourmet restaurant. Buchholz borrows primarily from classical French cuisine, which he recreates through the skilful use of seasonings. The restaurant has been awarded a Michelin star since 1997 and 18 Gault Millau points, and the wine list of Chef Sommelier Gunnar Tietz was selected by Sommelier Magazine as the “best international wine list in Germany 2006”, he got the “Best of Award of Excellence” from the New York Wine Spectator, and was awarded from the famous German Schlemmer Atlas the title of “Sommelier of the Year 2008”.

Our gourmet restaurant "first floor" is open every day now. The opening times are as follows:

Monday - Friday --- Lunch: 12:00 noon - 2:30 p.m. --- Dinner: 6:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. (Kitchen from 7:00 p.m.)

Saturday / Sunday --- Lunch: closed --- Dinner: 6:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. (Kitchen from 7:00 p.m.

The team from GOURMET CATERING BY HOTEL PALACE BERLIN has many years of experience in outside catering, from family celebrations to business events with 1,500 guests. A comprehensive all-inclusive program including entertainment and decoration is available on request.

The Palace-SPA is entirely devoted to relaxation – an 800-square-metre health and beauty area with swimming pool and whirlpool, three saunas, massage facilities, cosmetics and ayurveda, solarium and a fitness area.
