The PRIVAT Hotel has been a mainstay of the Dresden hotel scene for over ten years. Hoteliers Doris and Lothar Richter realised way ahead of their time that healthy hotel surroundings are just as useful as spas and fitness areas, and brought their dreams of Germany's first non-smoking hotel to reality.

This maxim has been faithfully followed when designing the rooms - all hypoallergenic - and in the preparation of our exceptionally fresh cuisine.

The excellent location near the city centre and the Elbe River is ideal for tourists, cyclists and especially for those wanting to see Dresden's Neustadt. We have enclosed car parking and two small garages. We also have excellent links to the local road network, being only 4km from the nearest motorway, 3km from Dresden's main railway station and only seven from the airport.
