Kloster Hornbach was a cloisters founded by the Benedictine monk Pirminius in the year 740 near Zweibrücken, which has been tastefully converted into a 4-star superior hotel. It has 34 individually designed rooms and suites in various styles such as Asiatic, African, Mediterranean and Shaker style, based on their traditional beliefs. Guests enjoy extremely hospitable, comfortable and unique surroundings as well as superlative cuisine. The Klosterschänke, complete with its beer garden, offers a wide range of regional and country-style dishes and the hotel's own Refugium restaurant is a temple to modern German cuisine using only the freshest and finest ingredients.
