Less than 100-metres from two beautiful sandy beaches and close to numerous tavernas, Alexis Apartments offer self-catering accommodation in Stavros, Crete. This charming seaside village is surrounded by an aquamarine bay, mountains and olive groves. The shallow waters are great for children, swimming and snorkelling. It was on Stavros beach that Anthony Quinn and Alan Bates danced the Sirtaki in the movie Zorba the Greek. Despite the film’s popularity, the village remains unspoilt, offering peace and quiet away from the usual tourist trail.

Relax in our clean, spacious one or two bedroom self-catering apartments. Each apartment has a separate lounge, kitchen/dining area and bathroom, as well as air-conditioning and mosquito nets on all windows. The terrace has sea and mountain views. Rates start at €40 per apartment per night.

Stavros is a beautiful seaside village with turquoise bays, sandy beaches, traditional tavernas and views of the white mountains. Nearby you’ll find great walking trails, stunning gorges, ancient caves, monasteries and olive groves, while Chania and the best of Crete are only a drive or bus ride away.

Stavros is in Western Crete on the Akrotiri Peninsula, 17km from the lovely harbour city of Chania. The apartments are only a 15-minute drive from Chania airport and there are direct flights from the UK from May to October.
