The distance from Heraklion to "Irene Villas" is about 95 km.

The duration of the journey by car is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes drive with an average speed of 80 km per hour!.
You would probably find a map of Crete in your rented car!!
To reach Irene villas from Heraklion it is very easy!! You simply have to take the road towards the City of Ierapetra at the south east of Crete!! There is a modern road with tabellas & sighns all along the road which show you the way!! During your drive you pass through the town of Malia (40km) then after 26 km you reach the city of Ag Nickolaos, after that you continue for another 34 km to reach Ierapetra city in the south coast of Crete!! That is the south-most city of Europe!
To find Irene villas you would have to leave the east exit of Ierapetra to Sitia! To do so, you must turn "LEFT" at the Traffic lights just at the entrance of the city of Ierapetra (comming from Heraklion) .

The East Exit is about 1km from the turning point ( traffic lights).

Before getting there you are passing through another 2 sets of traffic lights.

After 500 metres leaving the East Exit of Ierapetra you will see Irene villas on the left side of the road opposite the beach!
