Notos Therme & Spa is located by the sea, at the secluded Vlychada in Santorini Island. At the hotel, there is a great sense of relaxation with the quiet pace of the Fishermen Port and the Marina, far away from the noise and crowds. The unique rural landscape with its impressive rocky formations is contrasted by open views to the sea and the blackness of the beach.

The sea is visible from every room and suite. All rooms are decorated with strong local character and all of them feature a balcony or a terrace with views to the Marina or to the open South Aegean Sea. An open air restaurant offers a buffet breakfast and Mediterranean and local dishes for lunch and dinner. On request, fresh whole fish is prepared every evening by our Chef. By the Pool, snacks and salads are offered throughout the day, while the Bar serves refreshing drinks and cocktails until midnight.

Built into the volcanic rock and making use of natural spring waters, Notos Spa offers the beauty and serenity that hardly can be compared with any other spa in Santorini. Well trained therapists introduce our guests to the greatest advantages of water and of local ingredients as mastic, honey, volcanic mud and lucumi, combined with great spa products.
