Built in 1846, Archontiko once traded as an olive oil factory, flower mill and winery. Archontiko was lovingly restored and converted into traditional Greek masionettes with emphasis on it’s heritage. Having been handed down from generation to generation and always staying in the Voutos family, Archontiko Village keeps its traditional values and gives a real flavour of Greece. It is truly a place of peace, serenity and steeped in history in which, the Voutos family would like you to experience. It is an ideal holiday location for couples and families who are seeking relaxation.

The Maisonettes originally traded as the original Olive Oil Press and the Flour Mill of Archontiko before it was lovingly converted into 7 spacious maisonettes. Each maisonette was converted with traditional taste and Greek values, in the classical Zakynthian traditional style with all the comforts, which is needed to spend a relaxing and a recreational holiday. Our Maisonettes have verandas with panoramic views of the Ionian Sea and the bay of Alykes. They can host 2-5 people.
