Accommodation consists of 3 main buildings with ground, 1st and 2nd floors. All rooms have either a pool view or a garden view. A hotel room has 2, 3 or 4 beds ( 3rd and 4th bed suitable for under 12 yr olds) all tastefully furnished with a balcony, shower, WC, air conditioning and fridges are payable locally, TV, hairdryer. Kettle, iron and mini ironing board are available on request, a microwave is available on the breakfast table day and night for Baby food/milk preparation. Swimming-pool towels are available with a refundable deposit.

A breakfast buffet is served in the dining room. Guests can also enjoy their breakfast outside on the terrace over looking the swimming pool and garden.

Exotica poolside snack bar is open all day serving delicious food, ice creams and refreshing drinks. A kids menu is also available featuring food that children know and love. The welcoming and friendly reception staff offer safe- box hire, arrange laundry service, mother care equipment, baby-cots and baby baths for infants. They can also order birthday cakes or champagne for special occasions. Some of the facilities and services are subject to availability and a local charge. ***

Hotel Exotica is ideally located, close to restaurants, shops and pharmacy.
A few minutes walk away (600 metres) is the Kalamaki sandy beach, famous for where the Caretta turtle nests her eggs.

Exotica swimming pool is the centre of attraction. It is big enough to host water games and for all to enjoy a reviving swim. There is a separate children's pool and ample sun beds for adults to relax on and soak up the sun. Children will be overjoyed with the large and colourful playground.
