Bishop Lei hotel was reasonably comfortable and good value. The room was very small but well appointed. I had dinner one evening in the restaurant and felt that the food could have been better.

Admittedly, the rooms are pretty unattractive. However, what makes this hotel so extremely special are its harbour-view rooms, that can only be compared to 5-star hotels and the gorgeous outdoor swimming pool with another splendid view across HK. The gym is also well equipped even though being pretty tiny. During my stay the service was ok, water was no problem and toilet flushing no concern. Considering the relatively cheap rate and incredible views, I can definitely recommend this hotel.

A one star hotel at best. Terrible service. Miserable facilities. No hot water for morning showers. Only one bar of soap. Only one roll of toilet paper. Only one box of tissue. Dim lighting. Need to operate the toilet handle several times to activate the flush. Only 10 TV channels. Shabby walls and carpets. Other HK hotels are much better. Even Mainland hotels are better. It’s a mystery they are still open for business. Strongly advise against staying here.
