I found my time at the Grand Hyatt hotel to be very relaxing. The staff i thought were fantastic. Very helpful and polite.The hotels facilities were great.I look forward to my next stay at the hotel. Thanks to everyone.

My fianee and I have just returned from a brief 4 day stay at the Grand Hyatt in Hong Kong, and in my humble opinion, it was arguably the best hotel in my limited experience, having stayed at the Excelsior, the Harbour View, The Park Hotel, the Miramar, etc.
The Grand Hyatt was very well staffed, and the hotel room was cleaned not just once but twice a day. Their staff at the driveway was considerate enough to directly instruct the taxi driver regarding the destination, rather than to rely on the hotel guest to confer with him. These are just some of the finer points that separate the Grand Hyatt from the rest, with all due respect to the other hotels. Of course there are areas that can be improved, including the provision of a better television set, than the old rear projection unit; one would hope for a plasma or LCD screen.
I will not hesitate to return to the Grand Hyatt.

Nice hotel but the overall facilities are...
Nice hotel but the overall facilities are getting aged. Can't believe a 5-star hotel charging over GBP240 is still using an old bulky TV while all other 5-star hotels in HK are using Plasma already. Staff are helpful but unfriendly. However, nice view and beautiful bathroom

I had a very nice stay in the Grand Hyatt. All the people from the hotel were really very kind. It's a really clean and nice hotel which was worth staying.
