The hotel should have free wifi.
All the power points were at floor level that made it harder for an older person to bend to plug in anything. The wire for the flask was too short so it had to be placed on the floor to boil water.

Great Experience
The suite was nicely appointed with a beautiful view. Service was excellent however the concierge did not remind us that the Jade/Pearl shops on Canton Rd were closed on Sundays. This was only a minor inconvenience and enabled us to enjoy this market streets and Nathan Rd.

Overall, our suite was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our seven day stay in the Harbour Plaza. A good size lounge and bedroom with an adequate shower room (no bath). The kitchenette was handy with it's microwave oven, two cooker rings and fridge but (strangely) it came with no cooking equipment supplied.
The staff were very attentive and the whole hotel immaculately clean. There is a handy supermarket just across the road and the North Point subway station is just a few minutes walk away. It's not the cheapest option but overall I would recommend it.

i'd definitely recommend harbour plaza north point! though the hotel has some distance from the central business district, it's very accessible by way of MTR since the station (Quarry Bay Station exit C) is a few steps away from the hotel, plus the hotel has an hourly shuttle service to and from central station and other key locations in hongkong island. the hotel staff, especially the shuttle drivers are very helpful and friendly. we booked for a superior room and it was just the right size. the rooms were cleaned, toiletries replenished and towels changed everyday. the hotel provided the comfort we needed after a day's gallivanting in the city.

WiFi available in the rooms, but at amazing price. We were two people in the room and they asked for a double WiFi fee.
The toilet paper was missing and no service personnel was available on the floor.

I found all staff to be polite and helpful. The hotel was easy to access from the subway service. The location was also easy to reach shopping by subway and airport train service.

I arrived at the hotel and was upgraded immediately to a suite with a harbour view. The staff at the hotel were fantastic, very friendly and approchable for information. Transfer from the airport on the shuttle bus was well worth the HK$130, a great way to see a part of the city and easy to find the Harbour Plaza North Point pick up at the airport. MTR station (Quarry Bay) was a 2 minute walk away.
I would definitely stay here again, my experience was fantastic!
