Good enough location, as in close to metro.the view from window wasnt too great, could only parically see the harbour - dont know if would stay again, as room was old, could do with new carpet etc and bed was quite hard .staff however were helpful
There was little interaction with the staff except during check in and out of the hotel. Many times, we just passed by them at the lobby without much acknowledgement from them.
However, the quality of the room was excellent. It was spacious enough for my toddler to run around. The location of the hotel was also convenient with just a 10 min walk to the Wan Chai MTR. We were there over the CNY and was lucky to catch the full 23 min fireworks at Victoria Harbour.

Another pleasant stay at the Harbourview
This is a clean, comfortable hotel with nice rooms, by Hong Kong standards actually slightly bigger than some - they are a decent size. The breakfast buffet is good, with a selection of both Western and Chinese food, hot and cold. The customer service is polite and courteous. Close to all the biz of Wanchai, and a short bus ride away from the malls, central pier etc. This is the second time I have stayed here and would do so again; all in all it is good value for money.

Highly recommended! The harbour view was amazing and breathtaking. Facilities and Staff was great especially the room service. Location was just so right if you want a little sightseeing before going to your destination. Wanchai MTR is just 5 mins walk and restaurants are every where. Down the hotel is a bus stop (#260) that will bring you straight to Stanley Market (super cheap prices), Repulse Bay and Ocean Park.

The rooms are very small even compare to Japan standards, The staffs are great and very helpful but the Management was a little rude toward my Female Indonesian Staff Members

Very dissapointing in relation to value for money.The rooms very small and if not harbourview have no view at all. Probably the worst value of any hotels I have stayed in. It is amazing that they charge nearly $1 US per minute if you want internet
Stayed in this hotel in last week...
Stayed in this hotel in last week of June. We ( family of 5 adults ) were in Hong Kong for ~ 10 days. For 2 days, 2 adults have to stay in the hotel as our relative's apartment in Wanchai was over-crowded. We have to choose Wanchai and opposite her apartment for convenience and it was down to Hyatt, HarborView Renaissance or this HarborView which we came across in the Internet. We booked it for the value and convenience.
My mother in law was impressed as she couldn't believe that we could get a "harbor view" at the ~ S$135, clean room ( just renovated for some rooms, first room was renovated, the second room was not ). The view was better than my relative's apartment, he... he....
Definitely will go back again if we could not stay at my relative's apartment because of some reason.
This Hotel is well located in WanChi...
This Hotel is well located in WanChi across street from convention centre and short walk to main parts of WanChi. It is also only one block from China Visa office. Rooms are not large but very comfortable offering great value for the money. The staff is very attentive and pleasant.
