It was really nice to stay in...
It was really nice to stay in this hotel. The room given was bigger than I expected and it was a seaview room. Though is not a very wide view, but I think is good enough. The service is good. The negative points are that the bathroom was too small and I have to request for hairdryer from Housekeeping everyday and called them to collect it back when I'm done. The hotel is just about 5-7mins walk to the nearest MTR. Quite a number of restaurants nearby. I will want to stay there again the next time.

The front desk, bell and concierge services were excellent. However, the housekeeping services could use some improvement (i.e., since I had toddlers, they did not change the soiled comforters on the floor, the floor was still sticky).
The location was excellent ( i.e., near a taxi stop, quiet, near the star ferry). The sizes of the rooms were okay, however, the beds can be bigger. Also, the bathrooms could use some refurbishing.
The room prices were reasonable considering the location.

room was in the back. Location is perfect (12 min. walk
from the Star Ferry). I found staff to be very friendly and

The staff are very prompt to respond to requests. Overall the location is excellent for shopping & travelling via MTR.The only thing that I dislike is the telephone charges that imposed on telephone card users in the hotel. It is unreasonable as I did not have to pay for that when I stayed in hotels in Australia or Singapore. Perhaps they should warn customers before they pick up the phone to make a call using the World Card. As we were not familiar of the right way to make an international call using the phone card, we tried many times & were shocked to find that each attempt was charged by the hotel. On top of that, we were given a faulty phone initially, the number we dialed went wrong by itself, that made us pay for many innoccent wrong call trials. These telephone issues should be rectify to improve your customer service.

The location was what we had expected...
The location was what we had expected and more, the staff were friendly and informed us of the best room with a view. I would say that the price is a good value for one's money. Although the bathrooms are a little tight, we might still consider staying there again on the next coming holidays.

Very good Hotel, because your location near...
Very good Hotel, because your location near by with Convention Hall, Wan Chai Market,. Otherwise, the view from the rooms facing the harbour is nice. I had the Harbour view twin room. The room is okay, but the bathroom could be a little bigger. Otherwise, it quiet value for money, considering the location. Staff is efficient and polite.
